Reliability Technician - PdM

Job Description

• In charge of factory Predictive Maintenance Program for all machines, in part of Mechanical system, both in Maintenance Planning and Work Instruction to maintain machine reliability.
• Initiate and Handle Predictive Maintenance Program execution to ensure the effectiveness of program activities.
• Improvement predictive maintenance program to ensure the system sustainable and increase machine efficiency.
• Handling basic predictive maintenance work involved condition monitoring vibration analysis, thermography, abnormal noise and visual check.
• Handling basic office tasks, such as create, maintain and review database of condition monitoring routine.
• Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged.
• Summarize and report the results of machines status, surveillance and follow the machines condition until machines status is normal.
• Contact and coordinate with various departments. Concerning machine and plan maintenance.
