Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math.
4 or more years experience required in Plant quality team (NPI, QA, FF..) and /or Tire design (OE, RE, consumer or commercial product)
Demonstrated ability to apply systematic problem solving tools and techniques
Demonstrated ability to apply new tools and techniques to improve existing processes
Understanding of basic Project management tools
Good communicator at all levels of the organization, self managed, dynamic. Demonstrate ability to plan and lead meetings at work group level. Initiate open dialogue. Offer alternative solutions. Provide compelling technical direction.
Achieve high quality results. Hold self accountable for team performance. Address risk in assembling effective strategies. Drive positive change.
