SCOPE:
Planning and Objective Setting
- Identify and evaluate risks/opportunities in Thailand's Rare disease ecosystem to address disease burden that may impact AstraZeneca treatments.
- Develop Rare disease initiatives of AstraZeneca products in both early and post-approval stages.
Execution of works
- Implement impactful stakeholder management plans at the overlap of cross-functional teams (market access, public affairs, government affairs, medical and patient service)
- Drive shared objectives and execution of plans/strategies at a market level with a cross-functional team.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate portfolio performance to ensure business sustainability.
Collaborative Working (Internal & External) for Result
- Act as a champion for rare diseases to enhance awareness and understanding through innovative approaches both internal & and external.
- Provide the update of rare disease ecosystem, market trends and business performance clearly during the brand team meeting and business review.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge transfer and best practice sharing.
Essential for the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4 years of sales management/ marketing / key account experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 1-2 years in Rare Disease, Neurology or specialty areas.
- Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration, especially with Medical Affairs, Market Access and able to work cross-functionally across different teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare environment
- In-depth understanding of the patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey
- Demonstrable strategic and tactical approach within neurology

- Background experience in the Thai market is preferred
- Excellent skills in both Thai and English Languages
