Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•\tCome up with ideas and develop purchasing plans, always ensure the stability of purchasing activities.
•\tDeveloping sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used
•\tEvaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
•\tDeveloping risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
•\tConducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
•\tSearch, research, collect information sources, evaluate the effectiveness of goods suppliers in the market. From there, it helps the company choose the most suitable partners.
•\tNegotiate directly with partners on terms of quantity, materials, and price.
•\tComplaints to partners when material problems occur that do not comply with the agreement.
•\tDirectly inspect and monitor partners' supplies of goods in terms of quantity, delivery time, quality, based on the agreements signed in the contract.
