The HSE Manager will oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management across the factory. This role ensures compliance, leads audits and training, and drives a culture of safety and security.
Description
* Safety & Security Oversight: Plan, organize, and supervise all safety and security measures to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
* Facility Audits: Conduct comprehensive monthly audits of all factory facilities, including buildings, warehouses, equipment, fire systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to fire, safety, and security; propose and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
* Daily Patrols & Reporting: Lead daily patrols and document any violations of safety regulations, escalating issues to relevant department heads.
* Restricted Area Control: Implement and monitor sealing procedures in sensitive areas to prevent unauthorized access.
* Surveillance Management: Oversee the operation of CCTV systems to ensure timely detection and documentation of security incidents.
* Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into labor accidents, thefts, or other security breaches, and provide reports and evidence to authorities when necessary.
* Emergency Preparedness: Organize fire drills and evacuation exercises every six months to ensure readiness.
* Team Leadership: Define KPIs, recruit, train, and manage teams responsible for security, safety inspections, and fire response.
* Compliance & SOPs: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, SOPs, and work instructions; recommend improvements as needed.
Profile
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, HSE, etc
* At least 5 years of experience
* Experience in large-scale manufacturing (1,000+ employees preferred).
* Certified in First Aid and Fire Fighting; knowledgeable in safety regulations and criminal law.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in English and MS Office.
