Analyze existing supplier manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive cost reduction projects.

Work closely with internal departments and suppliers to identify and implement process improvement initiatives in production and cost efficiency.

Analyze, design, and manage work processes to enhance operational efficiency and supplier performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement, sustainability, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective information flow and a clear understanding of end-to-end processes.

Review engineering drawings, designs, and process documentation, and provide appropriate improvement recommendations.

Promote and support continuous improvement activities through Lean tools, 7 Waste minimization, OEE and productivity improvement, QCC, and Kaizen initiatives.

Monitor improvement activities, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and summarize project results in structured reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related fields).

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, supplier development, or technical purchasing.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and cost structure.

Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 7 Waste, OEE, and productivity improvement tools.

Ability to analyze supplier processes and identify improvement and cost reduction opportunities.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
