As a project manager, you will handle cross-functional and technical teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that overall project goals and objectives are met. You will be responsible for timeline and resource management and structuring projects to meet client goals and objectives. Track all activities against plans to provide regular and accurate reports to senior management, project committee, and client management as appropriate. Likewise, you will also be responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle time and customer satisfaction

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 8 years in system implementation and project management and/or in business process development
• Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Experience in system implementation and project management
• Experience in business process development
• Understand database management
• Understand/ possess IT skills in Java, SQL, HTML
• Strong knowledge of CRM Process, Sales, Service Center and Marketing
• Enjoys working in different environment
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing
• Good presentation skill
