Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of production projects in line with defined timelines and milestones.

Develop, track, and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and proactive follow-up on action items

Prepare, summarize, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and key project records

Provide regular and structured project status updates to relevant departments and management teams to support decision-making.

Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mitigation and resolution plans.

Facilitate effective communication and alignment between project team members, production units, and supporting departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer or related engineering field.

New graduated or experienced lower than 3 years

Good command of English

Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge and understanding of the production process or innovation is an advantage.
