Job Description
• Assist Project Manager for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all related activities for projects
• Responsibility for multiple project assignments, issue tracking and monitoring, risk and dependency management, assisting in finding issue resolution, and reporting project progress
• Provide project administrative assistance to Project Manager e.g. preparing management report, project plan, minutes of meeting etc.
• Coordinate between teams and the client throughout the project execution
• Facilitate and manage internal team meeting e.g. daily meeting, issue resolution meetings etc.
• Potential for client interface
• Position may require on-site work with clients
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must have strong academic track record.
• 0 - 3 years’ experience in working in managing software development related projects. New graduates are also welcome.
• Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently in a fast paced team
• Good business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritise.
• Good oral and written communication skills
