An IT Project Manager, plans, organizes and implements IT infra projects. Their main duties include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and presenting on projects’ progress and results to customer.
IT Project Management to manage various type of IT project e.g Hardware Refreshment, OS upgrade, Solution implementation, etc.
Hardware installation plan and implementation
Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
Coordinating project team members, customer and subcontractor
Acceptance document prepare and get back acceptance
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Lead the product development/Infrastructure team in creating and executing new product/upgrade/migrate ideas.
Establish and improve standards for raw materials, packaging, production processes, product quality, and allocating budgets.
Plan yearly product strategies, including product launches, cost analysis, and budgeting.
Analyze product performance, prepare reports, and provide suggestions on discontinuing underperforming products plan.
Developing project approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resources planning for the project.
Lead the technical scope and support the non-technical scope in development of the projects.
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related technical fields.
At least 4-5 years work experience with proven experience in product development, project management and IT infrastructure management.
Have industry background knowledge. (Banking, IT hardware, cloud technology or software knowledge industry background are preferred).
Experienced in various Project Management projects both Infrastructure, Application, System implementation, Solution deployment and rollout, End User e.g. O365, Cyber Security services, etc.
Strong negotiation skills, pricing strategy expertise, and contract management.
Advanced problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and results-driven.
Leadership and team management experience and analytical skills for product performance analysis.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
