Job Description
• Monitor and manage content schedules across social media platforms to ensure timely and accurate posting.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, and Production) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support campaign planning and execution for digital marketing projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentation materials.
• Communicate with clients on project updates and routine coordination when required.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Review content and materials carefully to ensure accuracy and proper Thai language usage.
• Maintain organized project timelines and track task progress.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Account Planning team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, client service, or project coordination (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Interest or basic knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible.
• Strong Thai language skills with accurate writing and proofreading ability. Good command of English is a plus.
• Able to work with multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
