Leading the development and implementation plan of technical processes to support production and new product implementation, emphasizing continuous improvement, process/system enhancement, and waste reduction.
Overseeing machine efficiency optimization, changeover procedures, and driving initiatives for improvement in key Production Performance areas- Productivity, Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Cost.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful completion of new projects and the achievement of project goals.
Monitoring and analyzing production results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, utilizing data insights to effectively manage production in alignment with OGSM objectives.
Designing and executing technical production processes, ensuring that machines are commissioned to meet product specifications.
Initiating the creation or revision of protocols and operating instructions tailored to specific project needs.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior Engineers, aiding in the development of effective problem-solving solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related engineering field.
0-4 years of experience in production or engineering, with a preference for expertise in Liquid Filling Technology.
Desired Qualifications
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Strong digital and computer skills.
Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
