Production Engineer

Plan, control, and improve production processes to achieve targets in quality, quantity, and delivery time

Analyze and solve problems occurring in the production line to increase efficiency and reduce defects

Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production operations

Supervise production line staff to comply with safety and quality standards

Prepare and analyze production performance reports such as OEE, Efficiency, and Downtime

Improve production line layout or workflow using Lean, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement tools

Support the implementation and maintenance of management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF16949

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 0–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery control, and productivity improvement techniques

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, QC Tools, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Work Instructions (WI)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and/or SolidWorks

Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication
