Product Management Experience: Proven track record of 3+ years as a Product Manager or related field in a technology-driven industry, preferably in financial services or trading platforms. Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and experience working with development teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Quantitative Trading Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantitative trading strategies, market microstructure, and financial markets.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for product development.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with research, engineering, and trading teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, identify issues, and implement solutions quickly and effectively. In our startup environment with a small team, you'll need to work independently and take initiative to address challenges.
Preferred Skills:
Cryptocurrency Trading: Experience in cryptocurrency trading, especially in high-frequency or algorithmic trading environments. Familiarity to derivative markets and decentralized finance protocols.
Technical Experience: Experience in programming (Python or similar languages) or managing the development of backend systems within financial institutions or trading firms.
