Job Description
We are looking for a Content Writer and Moderator to research, write, proofread and publish online content for Traveloka Experience.
Content Writer and Moderator responsibilities include producing , fact-checking, and optimizing written pieces to increase user engagement. In this role, you will:
- Understand Traveloka user, identify who they are and what their needs are, and create content to meet these needs.
- Produce high-quality, compelling content in line with detailed briefs, while adhering to Traveloka and our product’s tone of voice and style guide.
- Write various contents including, but not limited to product descriptions, landing page copy, articles, and other types of product content
- Translate content from English to Thai and vice versa
- Crop, resize, and lightly-edit product photos as needed
- Moderate user-generated content in English and Thai based on existing content guidelines
- Contribute to existing language style guides and other content guidelines
- Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for various types of product content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Literature or other relevant fields from reputable universities.
- 1-2 year of experience as a content writer, content operations specialist, copywriter, social media specialist, journalist, or any related role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in writing for the travel industry and/or publications is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Thai—with a strong portfolio to prove it.
- Strong attention to detail paired with a genuine passion for language and writing.
- Good work ethic, adaptability, and ability to complete multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
- Understanding on SEO is a plus.
