Responsibilities:

• Process documentation and standardization
• Identify process improvement initiatives including automated tools.
• Manage changes of process documentation and ensure alignment across process.
• Maintain single view of process repository.
• Train the trainer and able to communicate effective to both technical and non-technical persons.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify process improvement initiative and ensure implementation has been done as target.
• Technology enablement such as process mapping tools, workflow automation software to support process governance efforts.

Qualification:

• At least 3 years-experience in process improvement and governance area
• Background in software and system development area
• Familiar with ITIL, Prince II and PMI methodology
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and related group.
• Ability to translate from governance view to operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills by able to provide solution practical solutions in case data protection issue happen.
• Have experience in various types of project life cycle such as agile, waterfall etc.
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure.
