• Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities across industries (strategic, commercial, privilege and brand partnerships).
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop business cases and partnership proposals that clearly define value for both parties.
• Organize and manage co-branded events, campaigns and activation to strengthen partnership value
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential partnership models to ensure the Bank remains competitive and innovative.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in planning and organizing business events, conferences, or partner activations.
• Willingness to travel for business trips, events, and partner meetings (domestic and international as required).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring partnership ROI and performance.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; experience in Privilege Banking is an advantage.
