    Payroll Specialist

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:


    Payroll Processing:

    • Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule.
    • Calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
    • Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
    • Prepare and distribute payroll statements.


    Problem-Solving:

    • Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
    • Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.


    Reporting:

    • Generate reports related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
    • Assist with audits and other financial reporting requirements.


    Coordination:

    • Work closely with the HR function to ensure employee information is accurate.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams regarding payroll expenditures.


    Functional Skills And Knowledge

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Knowledge of payroll software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in payroll.
