Product Development: Innovate and develop new chocolate and pastry offerings that can be sold with our flowers and featured in our luxury hampers. Bring your creativity to the table, experimenting with flavors, textures, and designs.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our high standards of taste, texture, and appearance. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process.
Ingredient Management: Source and manage the finest ingredients, ensuring all chocolates and pastries are made from premium, high-quality materials.
Packaging: Collaborate with the packaging team to ensure all products are beautifully and securely packaged to maintain freshness and visual appeal, particularly for our hampers and flower pairings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, floristry, and operations, to support product launches, promotions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, or in a similar role.
A strong creative flair with a passion for innovation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
