Partnerships Team Leader (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Partnerships Team Leader to drive and scale our partnership initiatives for our digital platform. This role will work closely with the current cross-border team to build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with external partners across the recruitment, education and career development sectors. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, solid partnership experience, and the ability to guide team execution while maintaining high relationship quality.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy and Execution

• Lead day-to-day partnership activities and support overall partnership strategy

• Identify, approach, and develop new partnership opportunities

• Manage the full partnerships lifecycle from outreach to activation

• Ensure partnerships deliver measurable value and align with business goals
  
  

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the existing partnerships team to drive execution

• Provide guidance, task allocation, and performance oversight

• Improve internal workflows and partnership processes

• Support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations
  
  

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts

• Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and partnership communications

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners
  
  

Performance Tracking

• Monitor partnership performance and key metrics

• Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership

• Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities

• Minimum 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable communicating with external stakeholders across regions

• Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
