Online Marketing

Plan and execute online marketing strategies across Social Media and E-Commerce platforms

Develop content and manage Content Calendar in collaboration with the graphic team

Coordinate with Influencers/KOLs and track campaign performance

Analyze campaign results (Reach, Engagement, Conversion) and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Work closely with marketing agencies to manage ads and optimize campaign strategies

Propose new campaign and promotional ideas to increase brand awareness and sales

Support brand events and online marketing activities

Oversee backend operations of Social Media and E-Commerce platforms with the admin team

Plan and execute product and brand presentation across online channels

Monitor and manage the company website together with the assigned agency

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields

Open to fresh graduates (internship experience in digital marketing is a plus)

Solid understanding of online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)

Strategic thinking skills in Content Marketing and online campaign management

Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Excel

Strong communication skills with a proactive learning mindset

Ability to work in a hybrid model (office + remote)

Able to collaborate effectively with creative teams and external agencies
