• Create&Review Contract and prepare Payment Control for payment process
• Review Payment supporting documents and set up document for CHQ Signatory
• Record Payment Voucher, Print CHQ and issue Withholding Tax Certificate for payment

Job Description

• Record Recevie Voucher for Development Project, arrange massenger for receive CHQ and follow up Withholding Tax Certificate (if any)
• Post Bank Automatice Transaction in SAP (MT940) and clearing Bank outgoing/incomming in SAP for reconciliation

Key Qualification

• Handle for financial operation and support operation team.
• To ensure all business transactions incurred are taken into account properly and completely and financial position and result is properly presented.
• Design and prepare Management reports as required.
• Supporting team to delivery management information and any ad-hoc needed
