Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate stakeholders from various Business Units and external entities

who works with the Digital technology group

• Act as analyst and architecture role in the development, implementation and

production operation of MTL Group Insurance System

• Responsible for capturing requirements, designing, creating technical specifications,

developing, and knowledge transfer to users.

• Good analysis and problem solving skills

• Good Personality with excellent English communication and negotiation skills. 

• Having good attitude toward team working and willing to work hard. 

• Self-motivate and initiative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer or Information Technology or related

• At least 3-5 years experienced with good skills in writing programs by using such

following computer languages or techniques as VB.NET , ASP.NET - C#, MVC,

LINQ, SQL command, Entity Framework or other OR/M, Web Services / Web API,

Web Forms, AJAX 

• At least 3-5 years experienced in Solution Design and developing large IT Solution

(E.g. ERP, CRM, Campaign management, enterprise data warehouse and/or

Enterprise network)

• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, IT solution design,

database architecture, network & Cloud architecture, cyber security

management, and project management (e.g. Business requirements analysis,

business process analysis, feasibility analysis -both technical and financial aspects,

testing and automation)
