Multimedia Designer

Responsibility

• Branding and Asset Creation: Maintain Ampverse branding guidelines. Create branding assets for both Sales and Commerce initiatives.
• Sales Initiatives: Design and execute pitch decks and assets for campaigns based on direction and/or feedback, including on-ground and online executions.
• Commerce Initiatives: Develop product mock-ups for creators launching their merchandise and brands. Support the creation of marketing assets tied to product drops.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Commerce Managers to ensure alignment and support on creative projects.
• Execution: Implement creative direction provided by the Creatives Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and associated trends.
• Experience working in a startup or dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading creative projects from concept to execution.
• Experience with the following creative output:
• Clothing Print Design
• Logo Creation
• Website Creatives
• Video Editing
• Digital Ad campaign assets (banners, posts, etc.)
• Presentation Decks
• Product Labels
• Creative Execution: Proven experience in executing creative projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and asset creation.
• Sales and Marketing Assets: Experience creating pitch decks, campaign assets, and promotional materials for sales and marketing purposes.
• Product Mock-ups: Skilled in developing product mock-ups and marketing assets for product launches.
• Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with small teams ideally with minimal supervision.
• Gaming and Trends Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming space and current aesthetic/stylistic trends is a big plus.
• Tech-Savviness: Knowledge in creating and maintaining a marketplace and CMS of websites.
• Web and Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in web and graphic design.
• Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in common graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.
• Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to collaborate and a keen sense of urgency.
