MEP -Site Engineer Job Description
Project Overview:
We are developing a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of the city on Wireless Road (Witthayu Road). This project aims to create an urban oasis that blends sophistication with modern convenience, catering to discerning guests seeking a high-end, personalized experience. The hotel will feature elegantly designed interiors, state-of-the-art amenities, and exceptional service, making it a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Location : Wireless Road (Bangkok)
The Salary
between 25,000 - 35,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with all concern party to get the final project achievement, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Analyzing, revising, and interpreting engineering drawings, reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.
- Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
- Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the team.
- Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities,materials and any changes made to project plans.
- All another work as per assign.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of experience as a MEP Site Engineer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other software.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
