Main responsibilities will be on DSP and SAP:oIn DSP, tasks relate to Material master data and BOM synchronization between PLM and SAP, Customer master data maintenance, Sales master data maintenance (eg price changes) and Cost Center maintenanceoIn SAP, tasks relate to Materials master data (about 16,000+ skus/codes) and Customer data (about 3k customer codes)oResponsible to maintain/manage ALL key data objects to SAP such as Sales Pricing Conditions, Purchase Pricing Conditions, BOM, Production version, Master Recipe, Batch search strategy, Credit limit and etc.
Create new SAP users as approved
Manage SAP authorization for SAP user in Thailand. Review authorization conflicts and reduce the risk from conflict authorization.
Team maintains approval authorization in SAP, DSP as well as Coupa, WBS and Lexia
Monitor clean system check. Ensure that every departments related continue on monitoring their related open items. Co-ordinate with related departments to control the open items to nearly zero.
Master Data Management facilitate: to follow up the master data maintenance with all users to make it complete in time with good quality (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance)
Act as SAP Key user of Thailand, coordinate with other market or SAP Consultant in term of issue solving, project, SAP request changes, testing, etc.
Initiate the improvement project that can be save time / cost / workload
Support Risk & Control team to provide requested documents evidence in terms of internal controls and processes
Solve day to day issues related to SAP
Organize the training to users (newcomer/refresh/new implementation)
Support as mandated users for master data maintenance or master data projects when required.
