Marketing Specialist – Credit Card (Hotel, Airline, OTA)

Key responsibilities

Marketing strategy and budget:

• Analyze business situation, data, competitors, and customer behavior through business historical to create new campaigns and mechanics with creativity/out of the box idea to meet business objective within timely and budget manner as well as aligning with related regulations.
• Manage the financial forecasting, budget allocation and spending for each campaign according to the plan.

Partnership management:

• Strengthen current relationships with key partners and seek new partners to increase merchant coverage, spending volumes, identify opportunity, balancing the negotiation for all possible business growth as well as ensuring effective communication.

Campaign Management

• Develop, implement admonitor marketing campaign and year plan promotions achieve expect targets
• Prepare pre/post analysis of each campaign and activities from all available source of information and ensure improvement of campaign and activities to optimize resources for next campaign.
• Collect, verify, and analyze customer feedback to identify mechanics that need to be changed to meet cardholders needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, credit card and tourist business is a plus.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to acquire hosts on our platform
• Analytical, out-of-the-box thinker and result-oriented
• Strong communication skill in English
