Set up and manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.); develop monthly, quarterly, and annual social content plans; create and schedule engaging posts; align communication with the brand’s marketing strategy; manage media budgets and KPIs to achieve goals; propose community-building activities to boost engagement and virality; provide creative direction based on the latest social trends; coordinate Livestream, KOL, affiliate programs; maintain relationships with influencers and partners; regularly update web content and visuals; engage with followers by answering inquiries; design SNS and e-commerce posts, as well as offline event materials (booklets, posters, banners); contribute to concept and key visual development; handle basic product photography and video editing; liaise with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) to set up, manage operations, and design promotions; optimize ad content and budgets; monitor KPIs and report to superiors; manage EC inventory and order fulfillment; lead cross-functional work with sourcing, contracting, and agencies; oversee digital partners (media, website, SEO, tracking); handle paperwork with accounting and purchasing; manage POSM and GWP operations; conduct market research for new product development and brand awareness; plan sampling activations; coordinate event support (photography, filming, editing); supervise print production quality.
