The project aims to enhance the EU's visibility and support through innovative and flexible communication strategies. By showcasing the impact of EU programmes, the project seeks to build trust, foster networks, and improve the EU's perception among local and international stakeholders within Myanmar and in Europe, consolidating its position as a key supporter of the Myanmar people.
Key objectives:
Strategic communication and public diplomacy play a key role in communicating the EUʼs messages, shaping its image in partner countries, building trust and fostering networks with key audiences and partners.
General: Position the EU as a supporter of the Myanmar people and as a partner of reference in the eyes of the wider public and selected stakeholders.
Strategic Communication: Measurably increase awareness, understanding and perception of the EUʼs partnership priorities in the country, by emphasizing impact and added-value of EU actions in Myanmar.
Public Diplomacy: Strengthen and expand networks in and outside Myanmar to engage in long-term, people-to-people connections that can help build trust and facilitate future cooperation.
