Support the development and management of brand guidelines and ensure adherence and consistency across all brand touchpoints, and marketing and communication channels
Collaborate with the regional Brand department (including UI/UX) to provide copywriting and/or develop assets that aligns with the brand identity
Responsible for localising and executing brand strategies and go-to-market plans
Collaborate with regional Brand department and Group PR to localise and implement effective communication strategies (earned and paid media) to support marketing initiatives on ground
Support strategic partnerships team to develop and manage marketing communications plans and collateral to enable customer acquisition, onboarding and utilisation via partners, and where needed, co-ordinate with partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns and initiatives
Craft engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and points for press releases
Provide regular progress and performance reports, analysis and insights across entire scope to local and regional teams, from which to generate recommendations for improvement
Provide a view of the market landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
Organise and participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities to strengthen partnerships and brand presence, where needed
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Thai, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and copywriting is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven 7-10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and communications
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies
Familiarity with content creation and visual design principles with strong aesthetic sense
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on and off-shore
