Manager, MEP Systems

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to take charge of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee that the MEP systems are delivered to meet project requirements, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a comprehensive MEP plan for each project.

• Supervising the progress of MEP work to make sure it stays on schedule.

• Reviewing and approving MEP system designs.

• Inspecting construction quality to ensure it meets current standards.

• Coordinating between MEP teams and other project departments.

• Overseeing the installation of MEP systems at the worksite.

• Tracking and controlling MEP budgets to optimize costs.

• Ensuring MEP systems adhere to safety and environmental rules.

• Providing regular progress reports, highlighting any issues and their resolutions.
