• Offer practical legal advice across various business functions, empowering colleagues to make informed decisions. Your guidance will span commercial and corporate matters, labour and employment, and compliance issues.
• Co-pilot strategic projects of the organization by not only providing pragmatic legal solutions but also identifying risks and offering mitigations.
• Together with Procurement, continuously build efficient and sustainable contract practices including improvements of contract process, contract templates, electronic signatures, and sustainable contract clauses.
• Fulfil the crucial role of legal business partner that connects among relevant functions regardless of their locations to deliver results and protect the interests of Pandora.
• Deliver efficient and timely contract services to stakeholders. Balancing between company’s interest and good business partnership.
• Drive compliance excellence in Crafting and Supply in alignment with the local directions as well as those from the Global Office. Collaborate with our Global Compliance team to implement and adapt global policies to local regulations. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance through training and communication initiatives, ensuring our teams understand and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Manage external counsel by effectively engage external counsel ensuring that their deliverables on specific projects or disputes are aligned with our objectives.
• Ensure our corporate governance practices are sound by managing and fulfilling the company secretary function, including preparing minutes, managing corporate documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
• Cease the opportunity to mentor and develop talent within Legal and Compliance, shaping the future of our function.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

We love that you are..

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Licensed attorney, preferably a mixture of law firm and in-house experience.
• 10-15 years of post-licensed experience with a strong background in corporate law, commercial law and labour law.
• Experiences in intellectual property law and various compliance areas are an advantage.
• Proven communications and persuasion skills
• Strong business acumen.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects.
• Fluent in English
• Result-oriented. Drive the solution to complex legal-business problems.
• Possess the strategic perspective and abilities to create sustained results for Pandora.
• Possess commercial mindset and ability to apply the law in the practical manners.
