The role will include the following tasks;
- Preparing effective presentation and brief based on events
- Facilitate the development of targets and processes for internal and external projects
- Lead project coordination and partnership management with support from relevant hotel departments
- Liaise with suppliers to contact site inspection on site and obtain competitive quotations
- Once confirmed supplier, work on realistic timetable and provide timely updates to stake holders at the hotel
- Internalize ownership and mobilize colleagues at management and execution levels to meet impact goals and ensure successful project delivery
- Be on site during event as co-ordinator
- Coordinate with all stakeholders on storytelling for both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide post mortem report on cost analysis and possible ROI for the event.

- Previous experience in a similar coordinator position
- Solid knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft applications & Delphi)
- The ability to build a string rapport with all departments
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Candidates must speak read and write Thai as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Thailand.
