Job Scope: Manage all legal related work in relation to the company’s business under supervisor’s directions, including but not limited to:
- Report and comment on litigations related matters as well as consumer complaints, customer service matter or supplier claim.
- Provide legal advice to and cooperate with other departments and all group companies including other affiliates worldwide to complete the task.
- Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to management, colleagues and related suppliers or service providers.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements as well as provide related legal advice to colleagues and management.
- Update and inform other departments of related new laws or regulations.
- Translate legal documents.
- Update and interpret laws, legal documents and agreements.
- Review and audit legal compliance process of all functions of the company.
- Support and undertake all assignments as shall be assigned by superior.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of law
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Experience in litigation, corporate and commercial laws.
- Experience in business or education in commercial area is preferable.
- Able to work at Nissan Bangna-Trad KM.22 in occasionally and able to drive
