Drafting and reviewing various kinds of commercial contracts and legal documents in relation to commodity trading, investment projects, M&A and others as required by each business, including but not limited to, Sale and Purchase Contract, NDA, MOU, commission agreement, share purchase agreement and shareholders agreement etc.
Dealing with legal and compliance matter in the company and providing opinions and solutions from legal perspective.
Reviewing and updating internal rules and regulations by reflecting recent update of laws and regulations.
Following up updating of laws and regulations, and disseminating it within the company as an useful business information
Holding internal legal and compliance seminars for legal education of staffs
Requirements
Experience for more than 3 years as an in-house legal counsel or an attorney in a law firm.
English proficiency for business
Bachelor of laws and lawyer license are requested.
Adequate skills for commercial contract drafting and reviewing in English and Thai.
Able to work independently with guidance and instruction from supervisor
Able to work under pressure and open-minded
Proactively finding issues in the company and proposing solutions.
