Job descriptions:

• Proactively seek new shop tenant leads through networking, events, and market research, and maintain a prospective tenant database. 
• Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to ensure mutually favorable agreements and provide lease-related information. 
• Work with the Legal team to prepare and execute lease agreements and related documents, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. 
• Maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the leasing process. 
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop leasing strategies in collaboration with the Leasing Manager. 
• Keep organized lease records, ensure compliance, and prepare leasing reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in leasing or real estate, with a focus on shop tenant leases.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of lease-related legal requirements and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and trends.
