Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee two or more medium-complexity projects. Lead global core teams, initiate programs, establish schedules, and drive meetings.
• Communication: Present and communicate project status to business leaders and customers. Review and interpret customer documentation.
• Process Implementation: Implement changes as per the product lifecycle process and recommend improvements.
• Program Planning: Develop and monitor the Program Plan/WBS, including resource management. Drive daily program management.
• Objective Management: Ensure program objectives are met or exceeded in terms of cost, quality, schedule, features, and customer-specific needs.
• Governance and Budget: Define program governance, manage the program budget, and forecast income/revenue, costs, and expenses.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordination: Coordinate projects and interdependencies, manage resources across projects.
• Documentation: Maintain key program documentation, such as the Program Initiation document, and align deliverables with program outcomes.

• Extended periods of sitting and visual concentration on computer monitors or detailed data.
