KYC Risk Analysis Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform a high-risk customer onboarding process based on company policy and procedures
• Periodically evaluate existing high-risk customers according to established company policy and procedures
• Investigate high-risk customers, report where necessary, and obtain all necessary documentation to complete the customer profile
• Perform daily operational tasks by complying with the company policy
• Perform any additional tasks concerning KYC risk analysis 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in KYC, credit analysis, fraud management, or any related role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
• Excellent communication, explanation, attention to detail, can-do attitude, and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently while holding strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to remain calm and maintain patience during difficult client interactions 
• Flexible working hours and working days (holidays)
