KOL LT Acquisition & Management

Responsibilities:

• Be the owner of LT KOL content planning & content creation and communication to promote Shopee KOL branding related to Affiliate via Shopee Affiliate owned channels
• Involve in end-to-end KOL process, including creating strategic acquisition campaigns, communication assets, content creators and briefing to guarantee KOL are following Shopee's best practices
• Define KOL content strategy and establish a content ecosystem that aligns with market preferences and campaigns
• Conceptualise, develop and execute new content ideas and drive continual optimisation of new KOL registration
• Working closely with diverse teams (e.g. Online Marketing team, designers, production, and business developers, etc.) in a fast-pace environment to execute relevant tasks
• Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Having a good network with Influencers / KOLs / Groups / Talents / Club is a plus
• Having experience in eCommerce/ Influencer Marketing/ Content Creation or related industries is a plus
• Required to be as the real content creator and ambassador for Shopee Affiliate Branding ranging from creative content, video editing, ability to be in front of cameras.
• Strong project management skills and ability to be creative operationally and strategically
• Positive working attitude and a strong team player
• Be passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and content creator
