Junior Account Manager

Serve as the main contact for key client accounts

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Understand client goals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions

Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure smooth project execution

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

At least 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles

Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Fluent in Thai and English
