About the Role

We’re hiring an SEO Executive to lead our organic growth. You’ll work directly with our product, content, and marketing teams to build and execute SEO strategies that drive real impact in the career-tech space — especially in career development.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings across global markets.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with devs to fix crawl, indexation, and on-site issues.

• Build and manage backlink strategies (white-hat only), focusing on authority and relevance.

• Perform keyword research, topic clustering, and competitor gap analysis to fuel content strategy.

• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.

• Optimize landing pages, blog articles, and product pages for both users and search engines.

• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and career tech market trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups).

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, etc.).

• Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into action.

• A growth hacker’s mindset – experiment, learn, and scale.

• Fluent in English (written & verbal).

• Bonus: Experience working with remote, cross-border teams.
