IT Technicial support

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain computer systems
• Respond to IT support requests in person, via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner
• Perform night shift support rotation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field
