To ensure that IT operation and cyber security comply to group policies and standards
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices)
Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email
Manage and operate Azure AD, Microsoft Intune and Office365
Manage end user devices and other applications by providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, and resolution of software and hardware issue
Application log monitoring
Manage security supervision programs to track on non-compliance items to security policies, standards and guidelines
Advise business units and technology group on how to comply with IT security policy, standards, guidelines and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
At least 2 years working experience in IT Support
Knowledge in Azure AD, Microsoft Intune and Office365
Good written and verbal communication
Good command of English both written and spoken
