IT Support
Responsibilities:
• Install and support end-user computers, peripheral devices, and IP Phones.
• Update and maintain relevant reference information for IT systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Provide technical assistance and problem resolution for computer systems.
• Support training activities and develop training manuals and documentation for internal processes.
Qualifications:
• Experience in IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IP Phone systems and related equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
