• Provides IT support service to all users.
• Troubleshoot and solves user's problems .
• Perform hardware and software installation.
• Maintain Asset Register Maintain and Troubleshoot PC/Laptop hardware, software, and network connection and printer problems.
• Monitor & maintenance systems uptime for various systems such as web application, mobile application and server.
• Assist and coordinate IT Inventory control.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information technology, or any relative field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
• Experienced in Linux such as CentOS, RedHat or Ubuntu.
• Experienced in network configuration will be advantage.
• Experienced in maintenance & monitoring system that was developed by JAVA, PHP technology will be advantage.
