Inventory Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory transactions, both inbound and outbound, are closely monitored. As for physical stock, regular cycle counts are conducted to ensure 100% reconciliation between the actual stock and the system.
• Manage the storage in accordance with the product's requirements for storage conditions.
• Manage and monitor all operational processes to comply with the GxP standards.
• Manage and monitor all activities under strict measures to prevent accidents.
• Manage and monitor warehouse processes to ensure the accuracy of all physical stock. 

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in stock control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical counting.
• Preferred experience in warehouse management, particularly in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office with a preference for Excel.
• Proficiency in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Understanding of stock transactions for reconciliation purposes.
