Job Purposes
Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of designing internal constructions, including providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving about interior design, to support in terms of functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing internal building, aligning with rules, policies, and business plans
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement architecture directions to new designing projects, alterations and redevelopments in terms of interior buildings, to improve image of the organization effectively
- Monitor and assess creating plans, designs, drawings, and specifications of interior buildings to develop specific and precise designs for building
- Travel to building sites and events, and control operating cost along with meeting proposals to support interior design operations effectively
- Provide advice and recommendations about interior design to the team and other related functions to solve problems and improve the performance
- Coordinate with clients, external agencies, marketing team, coordinators, and internal related functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions for interior design operations
- Keep up to date with interior design trends to improve and develop image of the organization
- Monitor making related reports, proposals, applications and contracts, and propose to support the operations of interior designs
- Take care and advise interior designer to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of team management
- Understand architecture, especially interior design
- Have creativity and imagination
- Have good communications skills – verbal and written
- Have good computer skills
- Have drawing and drafting skills
- Be delicate and cautious
