Influencer Partnership Executive

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage creator acquisition, creator engagement, creator marketing and creator development
• Scale the network and refine our creator acquisition strategies
• Plan creator development initiatives that are scalable for creators across different platforms and different growth stages
• Supporting the team in all forms of business events & campaign execution
• Develop education programs, workshops and training opportunities for creators
• Identify and secure relevant partnerships to market creators under the network
• Build brand love and loyalty amongst creators towards the HCN brand through creator engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or advertising, strong understanding of advertising industry
• Good Social Media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Creative and quick-thinking, able to ideate and execute under tight timelines
• Enjoy interacting with people, detailed and task-oriented
• Strong interest or experience in social media content creation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross-functional teams.
