Job Purpose:
Develop business processes and deploy BPM solutions for banking projects
Support team members and collaborate closely with BAs and clients
Proactively consult and propose process improvements
Ensure solutions meet requirements on performance, security, integration, and scalability
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement BPDs, Human Services, Integration Services, Coach Views, and Decision Tables
Apply best practices in process decomposition and component reuse
Handle error management, define exception flows, and set SLA standards
Work with BAs and business teams to understand needs and proactively propose better solutions
Advise on process optimization based on real implementation experiences
Support process simulations and prepare demos for end users
Act as a technical focal point and provide guidance to team members
Review code and processes, and support in resolving complex technical issues
Collaborate with testers and DevOps to ensure stable and smooth deployment
Integrate BPM with banking systems via REST API, SOAP, IBM MQ, Kafka, and more
Work with integration teams to handle real-world scenarios such as timeouts and error handling
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPM system design, including at least 2–3 years working with IBM BPM or IBM BAW
Proficient in:
IBM BPM architecture (BPD, Coach View, Integration Service, etc.)
Communication protocols such as REST/SOAP, IBM MQ, JSON/XML
Integrating with banking systems and authentication services (SSO, LDAP/AD)
Strong proactive mindset and excellent teamwork skills
Experience in deploying solutions within the banking, finance, or insurance sectors
Experience with IBM ODM and IBM FileNet
Understanding of banking processes such as KYC, credit approval, account opening, and AML
Possession of IBM BPM certifications
