Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies that drive organizational performance, employee retention, and talent development.
Talent Management
Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within the real estate and retail departments, ensuring talent acquisition strategies align with business needs.
Develop and maintain career path frameworks across various departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in career progression opportunities.
Work with managers to identify training needs and create development plans to build skills and leadership within the team.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture in both sectors.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing HR support on employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management
Support the business in executing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Partner with business leaders to manage underperformance and implement coaching and support programs.
Change Management
Provide support for communication strategies, ensuring employees are informed and engaged throughout change initiatives.
Assist in managing organizational changes, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role, ideally within real estate or retail sectors.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in inventory management and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
